• Chilled water & Hot Water manifolds will be installed below the AHU.
• Specific Humidity will be measured to remove moisture content.
• Reheat will be occurred if it is an evident that there is no sensible heat.
• Air flows will be measured and controlled through static pressure across the blower cone.
• The actual flows of CHW / HW will be measured and displayed.
• Cooling and Heating Loads will be measured and displayed.
• Blower efficiency will be calculated and displayed.
• FA and BA dampers can be controlled electronically.
